On the porch was your new lighter Golden laces in your shoes, some place to go It's hard to choose Buy a snickers with some quarters Ask your friend to go to borders It's a memory you're bound to lose Back in college, you were so happy You knew just how you wanted it to be Rode the bus to your dorm room Wasn't sure that they'd let me in Why don't we find a way back home? What kind of mystery is keeping us afloat? Do we need some secret code ? Or a puzzle box to make our hearts full You told me that your CD skipped Someone dropped it, unexpected Scratched the surface, peeled the label off Doesn't matter the way it went I'll just burn you another one Back in college, you were so mad You knew just how you wanted it to be Took a taxi cab to your apartment I couldn't find my way up the stairs Why don't we find a way back home? What kind of mystery is keeping us afloat? Do we need some secret code ? Or a puzzle box to make our hearts full There was that time you were arrested I know you felt bested But those cops didn’t do a thing They acted clever, cuffed you on that old couch You took a drag, they said put it out Why don't we find a way back home? What kind of mystery is keeping us afloat? Do we need some secret code? Or a puzzle box to make our hearts full

Burning holes through the ceiling Falling through the floor No one's keeping me here, so Why can't I walk out the door Stained-glass windows, a thousand or more Display incomplete scenes of dreams Carried downstream Sliding into Rendered haze Sunlight cuts through Only to present to me Mistakes of younger days Rivers flowing But I never Ttukseom One eye's burning But the other's not yet done Feeling something But only through someone The space between petals and LEDs Whether red, green, or white Blue or yellow, despite The warmth, it all dissipates Waves, they make themselves known Black as bark, they still grow The spray carries extra weight Sliding into Rendered haze Sunlight cuts through Only to present to me Mistakes of younger days Rivers flowing But I never Ttukseom One eye's burning But the other's not yet done Feeling something But only through someone Rivers flowing But I never Ttukseom One eye's burning But the other's not yet done Feeling something But only through someone The space between petals and LEDs Hand reaches only to come right back To silent rock and glowing glass

about

After years of tossing around the idea, two buds suddenly decide to start a band. This is what happened. Our first release, Wall Telepathy, was completed in about one week -- from band inception to writing and recording. With the only guideline being "don't think, just do" these tracks capture our respective headspaces in that blink of time.
